How Costs Are Calculated
Shipping rates are based on three factors: package weight, package dimensions, and delivery distance to your location. Larger or heavier items may incur higher shipping costs.
Standard vs Expedited Options
Choose standard shipping (3-7 business days) or select expedited shipping at checkout for faster delivery. Expedited options are available at an additional cost.
Real-Time Carrier Rates
We use real-time carrier rates from UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure you receive accurate, competitive shipping prices based on current carrier pricing.
No Surprises
Checkout shows the exact shipping cost before payment. What you see is what you pay - no hidden fees, no surprise charges after purchase.
Shipping Availability
United States Only: We ship exclusively within the continental United States, including all 50 states.
No International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders cannot be shipped outside the United States.
No APO/FPO Addresses: We are unable to ship to military APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Alaska & Hawaii: Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer delivery times and may incur additional shipping costs. These will be reflected at checkout.

30-Day Return Window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
How Returns Work
Contact Us
Email contact@nationtechmart.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days.
Receive RMA & Ship
Once approved, you'll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Ship the item back using a trackable method (at your expense unless it's our error).
Refund Processed
After we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing may add 3-5 days.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Opened software or consumable supplies
- Items marked "Final Sale" at purchase
- Products with removed/altered serial numbers
- Returns after the 30-day window

NationTechMart is not the manufacturer of the products we sell. We are an independent retailer.
Products include applicable manufacturer standard warranty coverage where offered; terms vary by product and brand. For warranty claims, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly. We can provide proof of purchase upon request.
Order Issues
What to do if something goes wrong with your order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any order issues
Lost Package
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to locate your order or arrange a resolution.
Include: Order number, tracking number, delivery address
Damaged Package
If your item arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product immediately. Contact us with the images and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Include: Order number, photos of damage, description
Wrong Item Received
Received the wrong product? Contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item and arrange return of the incorrect one at no cost to you.
